A Sunday tradition from our kitchen

This Meatballs Spaghetti is more than a plate of pasta—it is our domenica on Hollywood Boulevard. Delicious homemade 100% beef meatballs are gently browned and then finished in our slow-simmered tomato sauce until they become impossibly tender and rich.

The inspiration is simple: a classic we grew up with. Our mamma prepared this dish every Sunday for lunch—the sacred family meal where everything slowed down, the table filled with laughter, and the aroma of tomatoes, basil and parmesan floated from the kitchen.

We plate it with al dente spaghetti, fresh spinach, fragrant basil and a generous snowfall of grated parmesan, just as we remember it from home.
